Pecan Squash Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. cooked yellow squash1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Bread crumbs
Chopped pecans
Cooking Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, except topping. Top with crumbs and nuts. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Serves 4.Other Recipes you might like:
