Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

Ingredients:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter (soft)
2 c. powdered sugar

Cooking Directions:

Combine cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Beat at low speed until light. Gradually add sugar, beating until fluffy. Add milk if necessary to make spreadable. Frosts one 9x13 cake or one 9-inch square.

NOTE: For Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting add 1/3 cup cocoa with powdered sugar.
