Cheesy Vegetable Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. American cheese1/2 c. butter
1 bag frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots), thawed and drained
1 c. crushed butter crackers
Cooking Directions:
Melt cheese with butter, stirring until smooth. Place vegetables in casserole dish. Pour cheese mixture over and mix well. Mix remaining melted butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
