Easy Chinese Tomato-spinach Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. cornstarch1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sherry
1 tbsp. oil
2 c. water
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained, cut up
2 cubes chicken bouillon
2 c. shredded fresh spinach
Sm. piece boneless sirloin in paper thin strips
Cooking Directions:
Combine cornstarch, soy sauce and sherry. Add pieces of beef and toss. Heat oil in large saucepan. Add beef mixture and stir fry for 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Serves 4.Other Recipes you might like:
