Mandoo Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Guyza wrappers1 to 2 lbs. ground beef
2 tsp. grated ginger root
1/2 c. spinach, chopped
1 to 2 c. Chinese cabbage, chopped
1 can bean sprouts
2 to 3 chopped scallions
1/2 lb. tofu
2 tsp. sesame oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Sesame seeds
Cooking Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and drain off fat. Add all remaining ingredients except wrappers.2. Place 1 1/2 teaspoons filling in each wrapper. Fold wrapper, sealing it with water.
3. Fry in oil about 1 minute on each side or until browned. They can be used as dumplings in soup or steamed, or they can be frozen individually until ready to use.
