G's Collard Greens Recipe
Ingredients:
3 lbs. greens1 ham hock
2 tbsp. lard
1 tsp. salt
3 c. water
Cooking Directions:
Place ham hock and cut up collard greens in a pressure cooker. Add lard, salt and sugar and 3 cups water and cook for 20 minutes. Drain off liquid and chop with vegetable cutter. Delicious.Other Recipes you might like:
