Holiday Asparagus Recipe

Ingredients:

2 env. Lipton Cream of Chicken Flavor Cup-A-Soup Instant Soup
1 c. boiling water
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (about 4 oz.)
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen asparagus spears, cooked and drained
6 hard cooked eggs, sliced

Cooking Directions:

In medium bowl, blend instant cream of chicken flavor soup mix with water. Add Swiss cheese and 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese; stir until melted. On serving platter, arrange hot asparagus and eggs; top with cheese sauce and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Makes about 6 servings.
