Western Corn On The Cob Recipe

Ingredients:

4-6 ears corn, shucked
1 tsp. cajun allspice
3-4 tbsp. melted butter (1/4 c.)
2 lg. pieces aluminum foil

Cooking Directions:

Melt butter in microwave for 35 to 50 seconds. Add allspice; mix well. Place corn on one sheet of foil in center. Pour butter and spice over corn, wrap foil around corn. Wrap the second piece of foil around the corn. Place on cookie sheet. Cook in oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

VARIATION: Cook on outdoor grill for real western corn on the cob for 20 to 25 minutes.
