Mexican Corn Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

1 can cream style corn
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 egg
1 sm. can green chilies
8 oz. Monterey Jack or mozzarella

Cooking Directions:

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Pour 1/2 mixture in buttered 1 quart baking dish. Top with green chilies and cheese. Pour remaining mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
