Mix Virginia's Famous Corn Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
3 eggs1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 can drained whole kernel corn
1 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. pimentos; optional
Cooking Directions:
Beat egg, stir in milk. Mix together sugar, flour, salt. Add to eggs and mix well. Add corn, cheese, butter, onions, pimentos, and mix well. Pour into buttered 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.Other Recipes you might like:
