Sour Cream Spinach And Rice Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c. sour cream2 tbsp. cream cheese
2 sm. frozen pack spinach
2 whole tomatoes
1 onion
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. tomato paste
Spices (red pepper), optional
Salt to taste
Rice
Cooking Directions:
Brown onion and garlic in a pan. Pour tomatoes and tomato paste and cook for 10 minutes. Add sour cream and cream cheese and stir for 2-3 minutes. Put in some spices and dash of salt. Stir for 1 minute. Put in spinach and cook for 20 minutes. For a tangy taste, squeeze some lemon juices.Rice: Bring water to boil and cook rice.
