Sour Cream Spinach Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach1 c. sour cream
1/2 to 1 packet dry onion soup mix
1/4 c. fine cracker crumbs
1/4 c. grated American cheese
Cooking Directions:
Cook spinach according to directions. Do not add salt. Drain well and add soup mix and sour cream. Mix well and spoon into shallow, buttered baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until hot and lightly browned.Other Recipes you might like:
