Sour Cream Spinach Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg. frozen spinach1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. grated onion
Cooking Directions:
Cook and thaw spinach with onion in small amount of water. Mix with remaining ingredients in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
