Micro - Wave Caramel Corn Recipe
Ingredients:
6 qts. popped corn2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. Karo syrup
2 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Spray of liquid Mazola
Cooking Directions:
Put ingredients in 2 quart kettle and boil 5 minutes. Then add baking soda and stir down. Spray inside of large paper bag. Put corn in bag and pour in hot syrup. Put in microwave oven on high for 1 1/2 minutes, then shake. Into oven 1 1/2 more minutes. Shake. Then 30 seconds heat. Shake. One more 30 seconds in oven. Shake. Corn finished.
