Shrimp In Sour Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 stick butter
1 sm. bunch green onions
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper
8 oz. carton sour cream
Rice

Cooking Directions:

Finely mince green onions and saute in butter. Add shrimp and cook briefly with onions. Drain mushrooms and blend in the flour with the juice. Stir juice and mushrooms into shrimp mixture, stirring until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Just before serving add sour cream and heat - do not boil. Serve over rice.
