Turnip Bake Recipe

Ingredients:

3 lbs. turnip, cooked and mashed
1/4 c. flour
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk or cream

Cooking Directions:

Combine ingredients and bake in a greased casserole dish for about 30 minutes at 375 degree F. oven until brown on top.
