Turnip Casserole Serves Eight Recipe
Ingredients:
3 lg. carrots3 sm. turnips
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. cream
Cooking Directions:
Boil carrots and turnips together, drain and put through sieve. Add remaining ingredients. Put in casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
