Deep Fried Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients:
Mushrooms2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. beer
Salt to taste
Flour
Cracker crumbs, ground fine
Cooking Directions:
Mix eggs, beer, milk and salt. Dip mushrooms in eggs, roll in flour, dip in eggs. Roll in crumbs. Deep fry until brown and crusty. Serve with white horseradish sauce.Other Recipes you might like:
