Deep Fried Vegetable Tempura Recipe
Ingredients:
2 carrots2 green peppers
8 mushrooms
1 potato
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 c. cold water
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. milk
2 eggs
6 c. vegetable oil
Cooking Directions:
Slice vegetables into strips, 1/2 x 4 inches. Mix cold water with egg, flour, milk, salt, and pepper. Dip vegetables into batter. Deep fry into preheated oil of 360 degrees. Cook until golden brown. Serves 4 people.Other Recipes you might like:
