Dilly Squash Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c. sliced yellow summer squash1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tbsp. dry butter substitute
Cooking Directions:
Steam squash, onion and salt until tender in 1/4 cup water. Remove from heat and mash squash mixture. Add parsley and dill weed; toss lightly. Sprinkle with dry butter substitute.Other Recipes you might like:
