Egg Plant And Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
2 egg plants, peeled & diced1 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 slices bread, crumbled
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 lb. raw peeled shrimp
Salt & pepper
2 eggs, beaten
Cooking Directions:
Cook egg plants in salted water. Drain, mash and set aside. Mix together the onion, bell pepper, celery, eggs, bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper and shrimp. Mix well and put into buttered baking dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
