Egg Plant Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
1 egg plant1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
Potato chips
4 slices bread
Cooking Directions:
Peel egg plant, cut up and boil 10 minutes. After boiling begins, mash egg plant. Brown the ground beef with the onion and bell pepper. Mix with eggplant. Put in casserole dish, crumbling potato chips on top and bread crumbs (which have been soaked in melted butter). Bake for 30 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
