Egg Plant Parmesan Recipe
Ingredients:
2 med. egg plants1 lg. block Mozzarella cheese
6 eggs
Cooking Directions:
Cut and fry in mixture of Italian style bread crumbs and egg. Layer in baking dish, like lasagna with tomato sauce. Add layers topped with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese. Bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees.Other Recipes you might like:
