Weight Watchers Steak Recipe

Ingredients:

4 (1 1/4 lb.) cube steak
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 med. thinly sliced zucchini
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. minced onion
2 dashes hot pepper sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 can (8 oz.) tomatoes

Cooking Directions:

Brown steaks in skillet. Remove. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Saute mushrooms until lightly browned. Remove mushrooms and saute zucchini a few minutes in same skillet. Stir in flour, onion, hot pepper sauce, tomatoes, vinegar and seasoning salt. Put mushrooms and steak back in skillet; cover and cook for 30 minutes or until meat is tender. Divide into 4 servings. 270 calories each. Good and enjoyable regardless of diet.
