1. Chinese Pork And Peas (stir Fry)
1/2 lb. uncooked pork, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. sherry, 7 mushrooms, sliced, 1 tbsp. oil, 2/3 c. boiling water, 1 tsp. instant bouillon, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 2 tbsp. cold water, 1 c. snow peas or frozen peas

2. Simple Stir Fry
1 c. thinly sliced boneless, skinless chicken breast, 2 tsp. cornstarch, 1 tsp. soy sauce (low salt), 1 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 1/2 c. chopped vegetables (use your favorite vegetables, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms, celery), 1 tsp. each minced garlic & fresh ginger root

1 pkg. Polska Kielbasa, sliced into bite size, 1 (about 9 oz.) pkg. broccoli, carrots, cauliflower mix, 1/2 onion, 10 mushrooms



6. Brian's Stir Fry
2 carrots, sliced thin and diagonally, 1/2 head broccoli, chopped thin, 1 onion, sliced and halved, 8 mushrooms, sliced, 1 red bell pepper, halved and sliced, Optional: bean sprouts, pea pods, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, 1/2 to 1 lb. round steak, thinly sliced, 2 tbsp. dry sherry, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. corn starch, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. sugar

8 oz. firm tofu, 1 tsp. grated ginger, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 c. mung beans, 5-6 green onions, sliced, 1 c. red bell pepper, diced, 1 c. sliced mushrooms, 2 c. shredded cabbage, 6 c. cooked brown rice, 1 sm. onion, chopped, 1/4 c. peanut oil, 1/4 c. soy sauce, 2 tsp. honey, 1 tbsp. grated ginger, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/4 c. lemon juice

8. Easy Stir Fry
1/2 lb. lean beef, cut into strips, 1 sm. onion, chopped, 1 green pepper, sliced, 1 c. celery, sliced, 1 c. cut green beans, 4 tsp. cornstarch, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 3/4 c. water, 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms

9. Mandarin Stir Fry
1 lb. boned, skinned chicken, cut into thin strips, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 2 c. broccoli flowerets, 2 onions, cut into thin wedges, 1 carrot, cut into 2 inch julienne strips, 1/2 lb. mushrooms, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 1/4 c. water, mix until smooth, stir in:, 1/3 c. soy sauce, 1/2 c. Karo corn syrup, 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. red pepper, crushed

10. Pork Stir Fry
1 lb. boneless pork, 4 oz. linguine or spaghetti, 1 tbsp. cooking oil, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods, 1/2 c. milk, 1 tsp. dried basil, crushed, Dash ground nutmeg, 1/3 c. shredded process Swiss cheese, 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
