Turkey Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c. raw turkey breast, cut in slivers
1 tbsp. butter
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tomatoes, cut in thin wedges
3 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. each basil and oregano
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt
Rice

Cooking Directions:

Heat butter in Wok or heavy skillet until sizzling hot. Add the turkey and garlic and stir fry until the turkey turns white. Add the tomatoes and fry 3 minutes more. Add the parsley, basil and oregano and lemon juice. Stir fry 2 minutes more. Salt to taste. Serve over rice.
