Glazed Carrots Recipe
Ingredients:
2 bags (2 lb.) carrots, peeled & diced1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
3-4 tbsp. orange juice
Cooking Directions:
Peel, slice and cook carrots in boiling water until cooked but still firm. Drain. Mix rest of ingredients and cook until hot. Pour over carrots and serve immediately.Other Recipes you might like:
