Glazed Carrots Recipe

Ingredients:

2 bags (2 lb.) carrots, peeled & diced
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
3-4 tbsp. orange juice

Cooking Directions:

Peel, slice and cook carrots in boiling water until cooked but still firm. Drain. Mix rest of ingredients and cook until hot. Pour over carrots and serve immediately.
