Golden Fry Batter For Fish Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c. corn oil3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sifted flour
1 egg
Fish (perch or walleye)
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients except fish. Coat fish with flour first and then dip into batter and fry in hot fat (375 degrees) until tender and brown.Other Recipes you might like:
